Shanghai Brother Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2000, specializes in electronic specialty gases and wet chemical system engineering. Co-authoring China's national engineering codes for specialty gases, bulk gases, and wet chemical delivery systems, the company has become an industry benchmark.
Main Business Scope:
(1) Electronic Specialty Gas Delivery System Engineering: including system design, gas cabinets/racks, VMB/P equipment manufacturing, and piping installation;
(2) Electronic Wet Chemical Delivery System Engineering: including system design, CDM/VMB equipment manufacturing, and piping installation;
(3) Waste Gases Scrubber System and Waste Chemical Recycling System: such as wet scrubbers, heat-wet scrubbers, dry scrubbers, plasma scrubbers, etc.;
(4) Life Safety System: including gas detection and interlock systems, emergency gas vaporization handling, etc.;
(5) Secondary Piping Engineering: water, electricity, exhaust ventilation, etc.;
(6) Quality Assurance Testing Services: including pressure decay testing, helium leak testing, trace moisture testing, trace oxygen testing, and particle testing.
