南京亿华药业有限公司成立于2002年底，是一家集科研、生产、销售于一体的制药企业。公司位于南京经济技术开发区。
南京亿华药业占地面积51.3亩，拥有6个生产车间，其中包括1600平方米的普通固体制剂车间、1300平方米的头孢固体制剂车间、1000平方米的小容量注射液车间、800平方米的普通原料车间、1000平方米的肿瘤口服固体制剂车间，并且配备了一个2000平方米的仓储区，符合GMP标准。此外，公司还设有行业领先的质量检测中心和新药研发中心等科研平台，总建筑面积达32600平方米。公司目前拥有12条生产线，涵盖片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、干混悬剂、头孢固体、针剂、普通原料和抗肿瘤原料等多种产品。
另外，南京亿华药业旗下的原料药厂——南京汇鸿药业有限公司坐落在江北新区的六合化工园区内，占地面积70余亩，总投资额为4.52亿元人民币。该厂设有质检大楼、抗肿瘤原料药精烘包车间、普通原料药精烘包车间、抗肿瘤原料药车间、普通原料药车间、微生物发酵车间、口服固体制剂车间、中试车间、动力/维修车间、成品仓库和危险品仓库等设施，总建筑面积达3.5万平方米，年产量为100,000千克。公司原料药项目共有17个，均为特色原料药，主要品种包括抗肿瘤类（如卡培他滨、色瑞替尼、依鲁替尼等）及其他特色药（如瑞戈非尼、奥拉帕尼、帕唑帕尼等）。
南京亿华药业有限公司目前在“药物控缓释”研究领域处于领先地位，技术水平领先于国内同行，并成为国际医药行业药物释放技术研究的先锋。公司在2010年建立了“江苏省药物控缓释工程技术中心”，并通过验收获得江苏省科技厅颁发的一等奖。未来，公司还将建设江苏省抗肿瘤药口服固体制剂工程技术中心，进一步提升其在控缓释技术研发方面的水平。
