公司注册资金6750万元，总投资约为20000万元。土地面积约为110000平方米，建筑面积约为8000平方米，拥有海岸线900多米。公司主营业务为船舶的建造与修理，拥有2万吨级船台6座；1万吨级船台3座；1.3万吨船坞1座；2万吨级舾装码头2座；1万吨级舾装码头1座；5000吨级舾装码头1座。

公司自成立以来已为沿海多家航运企业承造了各类吨级的钢制船舶，包括各类化学品船、油船、工程船、甲板驳船、耕吸船、绞吸式挖泥船、车客滚装船、散货船等。2020年后重新组建管理机构并聘请一批船舶建造专业的工程师及技术人员，拥有一支具有丰富实际经验和完善技术的管理队伍，专业建造各类船舶。目前公司具有建造各大船级社委托检验的国际、国内油/化船、散货杂船、集装箱船及多用途船、公务船和海供船、工程船；还有资格修理冷冻船、拖轮、工程挖泥船、各种捕捞等渔船。近几年公司保质保量按期建造完成了双壳双底CCS★ZC不锈钢化学品船，至今已完成建多艘，证明了本司特种船舶制造方面的优势。
公司在承接各类常规修理船舶的航修坞修的同时，重点钻研定向钻及铺管多功能船的改装工程，并按计划顺利完成“天择一号”及“天辰一号”的改装工程，博得船方及船检的一致好评。
主要改装的产品：
“天择一号”是由一条已建造运营的无动力、非自航“工程驳船”为基础改装为一条定向钻及铺管多功能船，原船为全纵骨架式单甲板、单底及单壳的钢质全焊接结构；本次改装系在原有主船体结构基础上变更了主甲板下部分舱室功能及名称、优化了局部结构；将原船首部的跳板移位安装至尾部，原主甲板上八台绞车移位安装至主甲板下舱内；在主甲板左舷尾部增设了用于定向钻井的相应设备及控制站，中部增设了一台35吨用于辅助甲板作业的克令吊；在主甲板右舷增设了用于铺设管路的相应设备及作业线甲板室；在船舶首部区域增设了一层用于铺管作业的甲板室和四层供船上工作人员娱乐休息的甲板室。
本船是一艘铺设海底管道的非自航船，根据“76.2m定向钻及铺管多功能船设计任务书”的要求新增二台1050KW主发电机组和二台600KW辅发电机组，供全船动力设备及生活用电，新增二台300KW停泊发电机组，供船舶停泊状态用电，两台机组互为备用。按使用说明书选用船用机械设备安装，安装各类泵辅，压力水柜，空压机，生活污水处理装置，压载水处理装置，空调风机等。各机械设备新排管系，燃油滑油系统，海水淡水冷却系统，通风排气系统，压缩空气系统，消防CO2系统，舱底水压载系统，淡水空气测深系统，全船疏排水系统，生活供水生活污水处理系统等。同时为满足环保要求，本船机舱内新增舱底污油水分离器，对机舱内的含油污水进行处理；生活区排水均汇成总管由舷侧防浪阀排至舷外或收集至生活污水舱。
本船在机舱安装立式主配电板一座，由主辅助及停泊发电机，组合起动，隔离开关，AC220V负载共十屏组成；蓄电池及无线充放电板各一块，安装岸电箱及分配电箱；敷设电缆供通风设备，甲板机械，照明系统，内部通信及报警系统，通讯导航设备正常使用。
“天辰一号”改建扩容生活区，由船员定额20人住舱扩容生活区使得船员定额为船员14人、工作人员12人；主船体部分保留原船结构，底部生活污水舱扩容至适配，原上层建筑保留、新配额住舱在原生活区尾部独立新建；改建后本船保持CCS船级社无限航区。
