新建项目将覆盖更加广泛的液压元件领域，如挖掘机阀、电液比例阀、液压泵、马达等，确保技术改造目标的实现。公司将继续强化科技创新能力与持续改进能力，力求在国内同行中处于领先地位，并向世界前沿技术迈进。为增强研发实力，2010年末，公司将在长沙总部设立研究院下设的液压研究所，研发团队将迁至长沙，与总部研究院协同开展研发工作，促进人才的培养与团队建设。
