凭借在金属加工领域的良好客户基础和丰富的行业经验，富兰克历经五年技术攻关，攻克多项技术难关，率先在国内开发出真空蒸馏技术的含油废水处理系统——OWS。该系统处理后的含油废液可分离出90%的清澈蒸馏液和10%的浓缩油（可再回收提炼），使工厂废水量骤降90%，并实现废水零排放（适用于95%以上的含油废液种类）。作为工业4.0概念的倡导者，公司积极开发集中供液系统和自动排屑设备，为金属加工车间提供一站式零排放服务。
公司高度重视自主研发，在行业内积累了众多典型案例。例如，SYNCOOL10000i切削液经Microtap专业测试，技术参数至少领先竞争对手5年，并于2016年9月获得国家发明专利。2016年2月，富兰克推出全新高端切削液品牌iCoolant系列，凭借独特的环保配方和优异的润滑性能，重新定义了水溶性切削液的标准。同年5月，公司联合多家国内媒体、院校及主流加工企业，共同倡导并成立了“3C电子行业切削液标准”。

上海大众动力总成有限公司成立于2005年4月29日，是由德国大众汽车（中国）投资有限公司与上海汽车集团股份有限公司共同出资建立的发动机制造企业，是中国及全球领先的发动机生产基地之一。公司坐落于上海嘉定工业园区北部，占地面积约为29.85万平方米，一期工程投资总额为18亿元人民币，年生产能力可达33万台发动机。通过在2009年启动的二期项目，总投资额增加至44亿元人民币，并于2011年开始运营，使得年产能提升至78万台。随后，在2011年启动的三期项目，总投资32亿元人民币，于2013年投产，进一步提升年产能至130万台。目前，公司员工总数已超过2000人。
产品概览：
上海大众动力总成有限公司专注于生产德国大众品牌的EA111系列1.4L、1.6L MPI链传动汽油发动机以及1.4L TSI（涡轮增压燃油直喷）发动机。这些发动机以其低油耗、高耐久性和符合欧IV排放标准而著称，广泛应用于上海大众汽车旗下的波罗、朗逸、途安、途观，以及斯柯达晶锐、明锐、昊锐等系列车型中。具体而言，1.4L发动机输出功率为63KW，扭矩为130NM；1.6L发动机功率为77KW，扭矩为155 NM。自2009年起，公司开始生产1.4L TSI发动机，其创新设计使其具备更高的功率输出，达到96KW，扭矩为220NM，同时拥有紧凑的结构、低油耗和高效率的特点。从2010年底开始，公司着手规划EA***新发动机项目，这款发动机旨在实现更低的油耗、更高的环保性能、更轻的重量以及更先进的生产工艺，相较于EA111发动机，EA***发动机在重量上减少了14kg，从而有效降低了燃油消耗，每公里二氧化碳排放量减少近9.6g。EA***发动机代表了大众汽车在可靠性与质量保证上的最高标准，成功融合了驾驶乐趣与经济性的优势，于2013年正式投入生产。
