河北万邦复临药业有限公司（简称：万邦复临）创建于1971年，原身为临西县制药厂，属全民所有制工业企业；2004年3月企业改制，与复星医药合作重组后更名为“上海复星临西药业有限公司”；2009年6月，由万邦医药控股85%，临西县发展改革局控股15%，公司更名为“河北万邦复临药业有限公司”。2013年11月，公司并购爱民药业，并进行战略性资源整合。
