Alcochem B.V., established in 1975 in the Netherlands, has leveraged its strong European connections to establish an effective distribution network, enabling the importation of Steel and Hygiene products across the continent. By the 1990s, the company's influence expanded significantly, leading to the establishment of four distinct branches: Alcochem Minerals, Alcochem Steel, Alcochem Hygiene, and BIN systems.

In 2006, recognizing the potential of the Chinese market, Alcochem B.V. opened an office in Beijing. This move facilitated sourcing from China and provided comprehensive support through supply chain management, research and development, and quality control services for all business operations. To further strengthen its presence in the domestic market, Alcochem Beijing Co., Ltd. was formed in 2015, focusing on product design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain services. Currently, the company employs 13 staff members in China.
