* Early Quality Planning:
* Responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to improve quality,
reduce quality costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints from both internal and external sources,
coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions, and promptly submit
analysis reports.
* Responsible for early quality planning and preparation of PPAP documents
with the team to ensure the smooth progression of project SOP.
* Product and Process Quality Control:
* Handle quality complaints from customers and suppliers, and 8D reports.
* Monitor new products and new processes, such as sample production tracking
and quality release of new processes.
* Ensure the safe release of new products and processes.
* Monitor workshop quality issues, handle non-conforming products and process
deviations, conduct root cause analysis and improvements.
* Perform statistical analysis of quality data and take actions to improve
product quality.
* Auditing:
* Responsible for delivery audits, layered audits, product audits, and
process audits.
* Develop annual plans for product audits.
* Prepare documents and coordinate internal and external customer audits.

* Background in science or engineering, full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
* At least 5 years of work experience in the quality field of the automotive
industry.
* Familiar with machining processes, such as machining and assembly (familiar
with GD&T).
