Cosmo began its operations as a fitout contractor in 2008, continuing its millwork manufacturing in Shanghai. Initially, we were subcontracted by renowned international fitout contractors acting as general contractors (GC) for projects primarily in the retail sector, including brands like Bally, Dunhill, and Michael Kors.
Over the past few years, we have evolved into a robust main contractor capable of providing comprehensive fitout contracting services and millwork supply, including on-site mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, by leveraging our in-house engineering expertise. As a diversified manufacturer, Cosmo also supplies a wide range of metalworks, such as prefabricated panels, trims, and substructures, along with various types of glass panels like tempered, laminated, and decorative glass for façade construction, often bundled with fitout packages on a turnkey basis.
Through direct interaction with clients and architects, we have gained extensive experience in innovative material applications, quality standards, and design concepts, enabling us to deliver sophisticated results that meet the expectations of international clients and designers. We also provide detailed shop drawings for review and approval before work commences, ensuring all specifications align with required standards.
Currently, we handle projects directly with end-users such as Bally, Dunhill, Michael Kors, and 6IXTH8IGHT through direct tendering and annual long-term contracts. Consistent and regular supply of furniture items to their global outlets is one of our key businesses with these preferred clients.
