Beijing New Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd., established in 1993, is a Class I design enterprise approved by the State Ministry of Construction. The company's business scope includes engineering design for industrial and civilian buildings, interior decoration design, real estate development project consultation, feasibility studies, investment analysis and consulting, as well as completion settlement and final accounts for domestic and international construction projects.

General Manager Lu Demin serves as the Chief Economist, Senior Engineer, and National Registered Cost Engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Civil Architecture. Key projects include feasibility studies and investment analysis for the National Grand Theatre project, preliminary investment analysis for Olympic projects, and leading investments in the Bangladesh International Conference Center.

Chief Architect Shi Jian is a Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Significant works include Lar Valley III, The Riverside, Cappuccino Community, and others.

Chief Architect Geng Wei is also a Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Prominent works include the Bangladesh International Conference Center, Tianheng International Business Mansion, and others.

Chief Architect Cheng Dapeng is another Senior Architect and National First-Class Registered Architect. Notable projects include the General Administration of Sports Office Building, Sport University Teaching Building, International Strategic Foundation Office Building, and others.
