History of Nanjing Yuzhongshan Kindergarten: Nanjing Yuzhongshan The School was established in October 2016. Its predecessor, Kids ‘R’ Kids Nanjing, was part of the Kids ‘R’ Kids network, which operates over 180 schools across 16 states in the U.S. and officially entered China in May 2014. This school is the first Kids ‘R’ Kids to be constructed in Nanjing and is one of the Flagship schools. Our Kids ‘R’ Kids Nanjing has been given the honor to be in memory of ‘June Bug,’ who is Pat Vinson’s mother. As an international school in Nanjing, Kids ‘R’ Kids is an elite institution for children to experience a multicultural environment while receiving a culturally diverse education.

Nanjing Yuzhongshan The School (Authorized iB World School for the PYP): Through relentless effort and a pursuit of excellence, our school proudly achieved official IB PYP (Primary Years Programme) World School certification in March 2024! Based on the official data from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), as of the end of November 2023, there are only 57 officially authorized IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) kindergartens in mainland China (candidate schools are not included). This accomplishment is not only a great honor for the school but also a point of pride for every family that chooses Nanjing Yuzhongshan Kindergarten.
