After more than 15 years of conceptual preparation, chef Paul Pairet created UltraViolet under the support of VOL GROUP, which opened in 2012.
She is the world's first unique restaurant that cannot be classified as a sensory multi-organ restaurant, combining food with multiple perception technologies to create an immersive dining experience.
A table with only ten seats, a "forward-thinking" set menu of 20 courses. All guests sit together, and this extraordinary journey begins here, led by food. Each dish is paired with a scenario atmosphere tailored to its taste, combining elements such as lighting, sound effects, music, scents, flowing comfortable air, immersive visual projections, images, and imagination...
