Xichuanhui Jindu, our shared home for educational dreams – Chengdu Xichuanhui Jindu School is a brand school integrating international and domestic excellent educational resources, created by Xichuanhui Education. Senior High School Teacher Requirements
XICHUANHUI JINDU
1. Love for the country, people, and education; support for the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Obey laws and regulations, have good character, physical and mental health, and good team spirit.
2. Current teachers must have a bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates must have a master’s degree or above.
3. Age generally not exceeding 45 years old, meeting any of the following conditions:
(1) Senior-level teacher, special-grade teacher.
(2) Awarded titles such as outstanding teacher, excellent head teacher, subject leader, backbone teacher, and outstanding young teacher by municipal-level or higher educational administrative departments; other honors awarded by municipal-level or higher governments; won first prize in provincial or municipal competitions.
(3) Have experience teaching at a provincial key model school, with outstanding teaching performance.
(4) Currently serving as a backbone teacher in famous schools at home and abroad (must have served as a department head or research group leader for three years or more), having taught three or more batches of senior high school graduates with outstanding teaching results.
(5) Fresh graduates should be outstanding master’s students from key normal universities under the Ministry of Education or "Double First-Class" universities; overseas or domestic full-time doctoral students.
Junior High School Teacher Requirements

I. Recruitment Scope
1. Graduates with a master’s degree or above from ordinary universities nationwide in 2025 and 2026.
2. Undergraduate师范 students from the Ministry of Education’s affiliated normal universities (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, Southwest University) in 2026.
3. Graduates in 2025 and 2026 who have obtained a master’s or doctoral degree through the Ministry of Education's overseas study certification.
4. Excellent current teachers.
II. Application Conditions

2. For 2025 and 2026 graduates: ranked in the top 20% in their major, with comprehensive qualities. Party members or those who have served as student leaders or heads of associations are prioritized.
