Currently, NCO China operates through its main offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Tianjin, as well as a network of affiliated branches and subsidiaries across various cities and regions in China. We have assembled a team comprising both Chinese nationals and expatriate professionals skilled in bilingual communication (Chinese and English), totaling over 40 dedicated experts. 我们的创始人九月毕业于香港大学。毕业后接管家族企业，并于2017年创立All Blu。我们团队充满激情，勇于尝试，保持开放态度。我们的执行力强，线上线下均有我们的足迹。我们在KDW国际亲子设计节、中国国际儿童时装周、福布斯中国新锐品牌、星球大会、集成店、亲子餐厅和小红书等多个平台活跃。
我们的合伙人CY拥有经济学硕士学位，是一位连续创业者兼天使投资人。他具有丰富的消费品牌运营经验，并在移动互联网、金融科技、消费品牌、芯片制造和连锁零售领域投资了数十家公司。
我们的合伙人Michael拥有北京大学物理学学士学位和伦敦政治经济学院经济学硕士学位以及伦敦商学院MBA学位。他是连续创业者兼天使投资人和前跨国公司高管，曾为多家政府机构和创业企业提供战略、管理和政策咨询及实操服务。
