北京外企人力资源服务济南有限公司（FESCO济南）成立于2004年，前身是“济南方胜人力资源服务有限公司”。2014年7月更名为“北京外企人力资源服务济南有限公司”，是北京外企人力资源服务有限公司（FESCO）在山东省设立的分支机构。

北京外企人力资源服务有限公司（FESCO）成立于1979年，拥有丰富的人力资源服务经验和全面的服务资质，是中国最早为外商驻华代表机构、外商金融机构和经济组织提供专业化人力资源服务的公司之一，也是跨国企业在华的首选人力资源战略合作伙伴。其服务涵盖通讯、电子、IT、汽车、石化、医药、金融、快速消费品等多个行业。服务网络覆盖全国31个省市自治区，280多座城市，通过“一地签约，全国服务”为客户提供便利。
