Since entering China in 1993, LEONI has developed steadily and rapidly. To date, it has established 11 wholly-owned factories in Changzhou, Panjin, Jining, Langfang, Penglai, Shanghai, Tieling, and other locations, employing nearly 10,000 people. LEONI China adheres to the group's organizational structure, divided into the Wiring Systems Division (WSD) and the Wire and Cable Solutions Division (WCS). The Wire and Cable Solutions Division is headquartered in Changzhou, further subdivided into three strategic divisions: the Business Group Automotive Cable Solutions (BG AM), the Business Group Industrial Solutions (BG IN), and the Business Group Wire Products and Solutions (BG PS).
