公司成立于2002年9月11日，位于济南市历下区花园东路17号济南星河工业园D座，注册资金625万元，系工贸一体的外资外贸公司。现有职工人数150人，其中工程技术人员35人。主要业务按客户要求定制开发高质量的OEM原厂配套零部件，主要目标客户是欧洲（德国、荷兰、法国、英国、瑞典等）及北美洲的汽车零部件及通用设备制造厂商。
工艺与设备：公司现有加工设备约400台套，固定资产价值：1500多万人民币，涵盖以下制造工艺：
1）
机加工工艺：数控车加工，加工中心，瑞士纵切车床，磨加工，铣床加工，拉床加工，钻床加工。
2）
冲压工艺：最大400吨四柱油压机及250吨冲床等近20台。
3）
冲压模具制造：线切割，加工中心，电脉冲等，具备制作级进模的能力。
4）
焊接工艺：焊接专机及ABB焊接机器人。
5）
装配工艺：两条装配生产线。
6）
注塑产品制造工艺：共11台注塑机，最大吨位：586吨。
注塑模具制造：日本牧野放电机床，美国沙迪克慢走丝切割机床，台湾加工中心等。
7）
表面处理工艺：磷化自动线，烤漆，喷塑，电解抛光。
技术与设计：公司有强大的研发能力，可以根据客户的图纸要求，确定最优的工艺及最佳的工艺组合，6名认证的工艺师对所涉及的各种以上工艺均有丰富的经验，并具备2D及3D的设计能力，能够配合并参与客户的产品设计。
质量管理：公司有完善的质量控制体系，拥有ISO9001认证及TS16949的认证。有8人的质检团队，并下辖包装车间，包装每件货物都经过检验离场。
外协供应：公司与锻造、不锈钢精密铸造、普通水玻璃铸造、砂型铸造等行业的最优工厂有10年以上的外协配套关系。
德国伟世通的合作，自2011年开始，已经接近5年了，目前是伟世通10多种产品的定点供应商，主要供应轿车用车用空调压缩机泵阀的核心部品件，
作为定点供应商，每种产品都签订了8年合同（8年为产品的生命周期），平均每种产品年供货量20-30万件，合计每种产品200多万件。
伟世通为世界500强企业，其车用空调业务在与韩国汉拿合资后，成为世界排名第一的集研发、生产、配套一体的独立供应商，主要客户为宝马、大众、奥迪等高端客户。我公司作为伟世通的直接供应商，产品间接配套于宝马、大众、奥迪等进口车。
公司于2013年6月全资在苏州吴江收购了荷兰Momexx的子公司勐劢珂模具制造有限公司，该公司专注高端精密模具的制造及精密注塑产品的生产，服务于苏锡常地区的众多知名外资企业，产品并远销欧洲、美国，目前经营势头良好，发展迅猛。
为了响应政府升级换代、智能制造的号召，公司投资300万元上马了自主知识产权具有世界先进水平的壁挂洗衣机项目，预计新增产值8000万元，并能带动上下游产业的配套。
