MGH Group holds multiple airline General Sales Agency (GSSA) representations for both cargo and passenger services. The aviation sales agent or Cargo General Sales Agent will attract clients (cargo) for the airlines, develop, plan, and manage sales coverage implementation to maximize revenue. This role entails maintaining business flow, expanding into new markets (lanes), and acquiring new clients to enhance financial growth and surpass organizational goals.

Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, strong persuasive speaking abilities, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Aviation industry experience is essential. A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Understanding the airline fleet, particularly cargo configurations and cargo acceptance criteria, provides a competitive advantage, enabling better optimization of cargo utilization and profitability.

The emphasis is on securing cargo transportation to India, Bangladesh, the Asia-Pacific region, and Europe.
