光辉互动的核心管理团队源自北京中关村，是最早从事互联网软件应用产品开发的企业之一，团队成员共事超过十年。技术开发团队拥有18年的web技术开发经验、10年的政府信息化软件开发经验、11年的大型社区平台建设经验，具备制定行业技术标准的能力，由70后至90后组成的开发团队独立采用跨平台（Android、iOS、Windows等）兼容开发技术。2014年5月，公司获得联创永宣、南京鸿景的A轮投资；2015年3月，公司获得天星资本、轻盐创投、华安证券、万联证券、天风证券等多家投资机构的联合投资，通过资本的注入，完善了公司的治理结构。2014年7月，光辉互动与中国移动互联网基地共同成立“中国移动互联网青年创新创业孵化基地”，积极开展与321留学人员、BAT技术创业人员、海外归国大学生创业人员的合作，在孵化基地内开展“众创空间”项目。通过技术支持和投资孵化，助力战略新兴产业的发展。光辉互动设立并经营的众创空间荣获市级优秀众创空间称号。
