2023年10月底，光因科技在30cm*40cm的大尺寸钙钛矿电池组件上实现了21.63%的光电转换效率，这一成绩当时是已知的1000平方厘米级别（30cm*30cm和30cm*40cm）钙钛矿单结太阳能电池组件的世界效率记录。同年12月底，效率进一步提升至22.07%，在高效率和高稳定性方面均处于行业领先地位。2024年1月30日，再次刷新了权威第三方认证的效率，达到22.57%。
