Cast is a professional foundry group specialized in aluminum and zinc die-casting parts, casting parts machining and components assembly. The group has one business office and two factories, with a total facility area of 18,000 square meters. Shanghai Cast Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a trading company with self-import and export rights. Wuxi Cast Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd is a factory mainly producing medium and small size castings. Changshu Cast Metal Products Factory is a factory mainly producing large size castings and casting parts machining. With various advanced production and inspection equipment, Cast Group can produce various grades of aluminum and zinc alloy die-casting parts, with an annual output of 6,000 tons and the ability to produce 1.4 million to 1.5 million die-casting parts per year, all exported to Europe and the United States. Main facilities include 12 sets of fully automatic high pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160T, 280T, 500T, 800T, 1250T up to 2000T; 30 sets of machining equipment such as CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers; advanced surface treatment equipment, 2 sets of CMM and advanced spectrum analyzer. At the same time, the company can independently design and manufacture molds according to customer requirements.
