不仔客海鲜是一家由一群热爱跑步的80后和90后共同创办的跑者餐厅。我们热衷于运动，尤其是马拉松，并且已经获得了超过50枚马拉松奖牌。自2014年11月17日开业以来，我们一直扎根于美丽的海岛城市——三亚。我们致力于为来自全国各地的美食爱好者提供难忘的海鲜用餐体验。我们提供管家式服务，兼顾美味佳肴，确保顾客在店内吃得开心、满意。
经过七年的努力发展，不仔客得到了本地居民、各地游客以及各界网友的喜爱和支持，已成为三亚海鲜餐饮的代表店，常年在各大网络平台榜单上名列前茅，成为外地游客到三亚必去的海鲜打卡地，同时也是本地人分享生活乐趣、宴请朋友的首选之地。2020年至2021年，公司进入了高速发展阶段，目前拥有近400名员工，旗下包括四个餐饮品牌：不仔客海鲜、椰小爱椰子鸡、迷你椰、琼大师烤乳猪；共有4家海鲜堂食店、3家外卖店、1家椰小爱椰子鸡店、1家迷你椰店和1家琼大师烤乳猪店，这些店铺均被广大食客认可为值得信赖的好店。
为了适应公司发展的需求，2020年8月成立了产品部，致力于提升菜品品质，力求每一道菜都能获得好评，在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。同时，2020年9月10日成立了“不仔客商学院”，并推出了“未来合伙人”项目，旨在根据公司发展需要加快人才培养，构建人才梯队，实现公司的长远目标。
