天邦股份于2013年12月6日在美国内华达州法院经过竞标，以2.86亿元人民币(现金)成功收购原艾格菲(国际)集团在中国的养殖事业部和动物营养事业部的所有企业。2014年9月30日，天邦股份通过旗下的汉世伟公司增发购买了Choice Genetic 40.69%的股权。CG是全球唯一同时拥有基因组育种公司，必将助力汉世伟成为中国人强大的种猪公司。
汉世伟通过购并美国Agfeed中国资产，已经成为中国养猪前十大企业，年可出栏断奶仔猪、保育猪、肥猪、种猪五十余万头。难能可贵的是，浸濡美国M2P2生产技术数年的大化猪场，都是各地生产效率和生产成本控制的标杆，将提供汉世伟进一步发展的人力资源、管理和技术支撑。
汉世伟食品集团有限公司百亿“安全美味”猪肉全产业链项目以为社会提供安全美味生猪产品为主旨，集饲料生产、生猪养殖、屠宰加工、电商销售为一体，打造生猪全产业链经营模式。项目主体遍布全国各省区，设立子公司有：广西汉世伟食品有限公司、江西汉世伟食品有限公司、江苏汉世伟食品有限公司、汉世伟食品安徽分公司、湖北汉世伟食品有限公司、湖南汉世伟食品有限公司及南京史记动物健康管理有限公司；各省区食品公司独立管理内部母猪场、饲料公司、家庭农场等模式。
广西汉世伟食品有限公司位于广西南宁市良庆区，其子公司分布南宁、河池、贵港、玉林、岑溪、全州等区域，现拥有员工六百余人，该公司生猪养殖辐射广西地区，其“家庭农场”模式适应新时代农民就业和农村发展的需要，是农民增收的有效途径。项目总投资30亿，广西汉世伟预计于2026年实现年出栏生猪500万头，全产业链销售额100亿的目标，通过生猪养殖全产业链打造，实现地方经济发展，企业盈利、农民增收的多方共赢。

"1. Mento Youth Training" (a trademarked brand) currently specializes in football, with plans to expand to basketball, swimming, taekwondo, and other activities in the future. It offers after-school interest classes during weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and weekend classes (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays) outside of school. The football program has already been launched. "1.6 Holiday Tours" include summer and winter camps lasting about a week each, as well as one or two-day weekend outings focused on sports like football and basketball, complemented by adventure activities, aimed at fostering independence in children. The cost is typically around three to four thousand yuan, with higher-end international tours costing over ten thousand yuan. These tours are planned for this summer.
"Mento Planning" (another trademarked brand) includes:
- "2.1 Event Organization": Mento hosts events under its own name, having organized the 2015 and 2016 Bottle Bottle Town Amateur Football Leagues and the "Pioneer" Cup football tournament, the 2016 "Dream Residency Cup" football tournament, and the 2017 and 2018 editions of the same tournament, including a children's division. These events are held annually.
- "2.3 Event Hosting": Mento manages events sponsored by governments, units, or corporations, such as the 2018 "Xizhi Hall Cup" football tournament for the first time at Bottle Bottle Town First High School, the 2018 "Create and Share Cup" football tournament for Bottle Bottle Town workers, and a series of "Football Carnival" events across multiple schools in 2019. These events are conducted regularly every year or semester.
- "2.4 Sponsorship and Naming Rights": Currently, Mento has partnerships with companies like Jian Shui Elegant Dental, Yuzhen Inspection, and Tuanyuan Security for sponsorship and naming rights. Discussions are ongoing for bank sponsorship.
"Mento Equipment" provides clothing, footwear, equipment, and other supplies to students, schools, businesses, and governments:
- "3.1 Sports Equipment" is operational, serving the needs of various entities.
- "3.2 Infrastructure Construction" involves projects such as installing artificial turf at schools and increasing electrical capacity at schools, which have recently been initiated.
