About Ruifeng
Ruifeng Petroleum was established in 1998, located in Dongying, the central city of the beautiful Yellow River Delta. Adhering to the concepts of diligence, pragmatism, innovation, and development, Ruifeng Petroleum has focused on the research and production of various well completion tools for oil and gas wells, providing professional completion solutions. It has developed into a leading domestic company in the completion services field.
Ruifeng Petroleum has strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with multiple research institutions such as China University of Petroleum (East China) and Sinopec Engineering Research Institute. Together, they have established laboratories including horizontal well sand control simulation, core flow, fluid performance, cementation and performance evaluation, self-adaptive flow control and water control screen pipe, and screen pipe performance evaluation, providing strong theoretical support for completion technology development. In the completion field, Ruifeng Petroleum has achieved internationally advanced innovative results such as the MZGP single-stage multi-layer gravel packing system, OHGP horizontal open-hole gravel packing system, AICD self-adaptive water control screen pipe system, and the MGC series anti-clogging sand control screen pipes, obtaining more than 70 national invention and utility model patents.
The manufacturing base for Ruifeng Petroleum's completion equipment is located in Qingdao. The factory covers an area of 44,000 square meters, with 15,000 square meters of production workshops and over 200 high-performance CNC machining centers, double-row automatic spot welding units, rubber millers, and other equipment. It is also equipped with mobile spectrometers, non-destructive testing equipment, and other detection devices, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 sets of completion tools and 150,000 meters of sand control tubing.
Ruifeng Petroleum has established a strict and standardized management system and has passed API Spec Q1 certification, HSE certification, and ISO international quality, environmental, and occupational health system certifications. It is an outstanding supplier for Sinopec, CNPC, and CNOOC, and its business has extended to offshore oil and gas integrated completion services abroad.
Over the years, Ruifeng Petroleum's sand control technical services have created several domestic firsts: the first horizontal well continuous multi-stage gravel packing sand control, the first offshore single-trip multi-layer fracturing and packing, the first private enterprise to provide sand control services for Sinopec Shengli Marine, and the first private enterprise to provide open-hole gravel packing and single-multi-layer packing services for CNOOC, among others.
