Da Hua CPA (Special General Partnership) is one of the largest four accounting firms in China, recognized for being among the first to receive approval for auditing H-shares and serving as a pilot for large-scale, group-oriented development of accounting firms by the Ministry of Finance. The management and expert teams at Da Hua are comprised of many individuals with advanced degrees, including PhDs and Master's degrees. With a full suite of business licenses, Da Hua is equipped to handle audits for domestic listed companies, major central and local state-owned enterprises, large financial insurance companies, and has been accredited by the PCAOB for auditing US-listed companies since 2010.
