工作内容：
1、招商加盟：负责片区商户开发，完善商户体系，提升片区GMV。
2、店铺运营：建立良好商户客情关系；策划商户活动运营，提升线上交易额；组织店铺参与总部阶段性活动营销，提高活动参与率。
3、用户运营：开发提高片区外卖用户，持续宣传推广，组织地推活动。
4、沟通协同：与配送部门保持顺畅沟通，引导监督末端配送服务完善。
