Work Content 工作内容:
1) Monitor local offices scheduling progress on a daily basis.
2) Provide support to local offices in case of concerns or questions.
3) Act as the single contact point for BSI team for issue escalation; communicate BSI team’s feedback to local offices and ensure instructions are well followed.
4) In case of quality issues, supplier appeals or late reports, carry out investigation and report to BSI team with root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
5) Oversee KPIs on a weekly basis and prepare weekly report to management.

10) Provide training to all new auditors.
11) Manage SCAN program management fee invoice.
12) Attend quarterly meeting with BSI team and communicate updates to all local offices.

2) Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
3) Ensure raw materials meet clients’ quality requirements.
4) Perform regular checking of the patterns, specifications, and construction of garments.
5) Identify and resolve potential quality issues proactively.
6) Document all the findings and generate reports related to quality assurance and production efficiency in a timely manner.
7) Collaborate with factories and suppliers to implement corrective actions for identified quality issues.
8) Communicate effectively with development, technical, and production departments of vendors to ensure targets are achieved.
9) Assist QA Manager in the development and updating of quality assurance protocols based on daily observations.
10) Support training for production staff in quality standards and best practices to enhance overall product quality.
11) Ultimately ensure the quality of final products meets established standards.
12) Frequent business travel is requested.
Required Skills:
1) Strong understanding of garment industry, production cycle and garment construction techniques.
2) Familiarity with quality management systems.
3) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
4) Strong problem-solving abilities.
5) Effective communication skills for collaboration with the team and vendors.
6) English reading and writing is a must.
Educational Background:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2) Relevant certifications in quality management or textile technology are a plus.
Experience:
1) At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or textile engineering in garment industry.
2) Experience of working in the factory, sourcing office or buying house.
3) US market production follow up is a plus.
