MGH Group holds multiple airline General Sales Service Agreements (GSSA) for both cargo and passenger services. The Aviation Sales Agent or Cargo General Sales Agent will attract clients (cargo) for the airlines, develop, plan, and manage the implementation of sales coverage, and maximize revenue. This role involves maintaining business flow, developing new routes, and onboarding new clients to drive financial growth and surpass organizational goals. Essential requirements include prior customer service experience, strong persuasive speaking, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with significant emphasis on aviation industry experience. An undergraduate degree is mandatory. Knowledge of the fleet, particularly cargo configurations per aircraft and cargo acceptance, provides a competitive advantage, enabling better optimization of cargo utilization and profitability. The primary focus is securing cargo routes to India, Bangladesh, APAC, and Europe.
