Mersen Xianda Shanghai Co., Ltd is one of the Chinese subsidiaries of the Mersen Group, recognized as a leading factory in China for manufacturing chemical equipment using high-performance materials.

With a registered capital of 31.495 million U.S. dollars, Mersen Xianda is located in the industrial development zone in Fengxian District. The company covers an area of 36,000 square meters, including 18,000 square meters of workshops and offices. Employing over 100 staff members, it produces more than 1,000 sets of equipment annually. The product range includes Reactive Metals Equipment (such as tantalum, zirconium, titanium, nickel-based alloys, etc.), Graphite Equipment, and Fluoropolymer Equipment. To date, Mersen Xianda has manufactured more than 10,000 pressure vessel equipment units and shipped over 1,000 Polyblocs and Polytubes up to 82”.

Mersen Xianda holds the following certifications: A1/A2 pressure vessels & A4 for graphite equipment, AX manufacturing license, ASME Certificate, U, UM, R Stamp, PED qualified welders, and qualified NDT. It is currently in progress for HAF 601 certification. Major clients and partners include AkerKvaerneraker, TOYO, Novasep, Arkema, Bayer, Henkel, P&G, Tetra Pak CPS, Beingmate, Degremont, and Veolia.
