成立于2019年5月的中原龙浩航空有限公司，是由河南民航发展投资有限公司重组而成，其注册资本高达20.14亿元。公司的使命是建设成为郑州国际航空货运枢纽的核心，致力于发展成为一家具有国际视野、规模庞大的货运航空公司，以郑州为主运营基地。
