Established in 1983, Chiwo Plastic Moulds Fty. Ltd. became a part of Sunningdale Tech Ltd. in 2005. Today, Chiwo is a Premium tool & die shop in China and is equipped with up-to-date machine tools & technology to produce molds up to 2,500 tons. With 140 CAD/CAM engineers, 1,000 toolmakers and mold makers, Chiwo is capable of designing, fabricating and delivering over 1,500 sets of quality molds in accordance to customers’ stringent specifications yearly and to support full turnkey projects. A wide range of molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1800 tons with centralized gas-assistance is used to mold plastic components for customers from Automotive, IT and consumer markets. Having acquired ISO9001 and TS16949 certifications, we assure that Chiwo’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for molding, secondary and packaging processes will satisfy customers’ most demanding requirements.
