Shenzhen Huasen Architectural & Engineering Design Consultants Co., Ltd. was established in 1980 as China's first Sino-foreign joint venture design enterprise, founded by the Architecture Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction (now China Architecture Design & Research Group) in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In 2012, HSA became a wholly owned subsidiary of the China Architecture Design & Research Group (a central enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council).
