JTC Industrial Group, since established in 2008, has been committed to providing one-stop service to domestic and foreign clients. JTC is a technical innovation enterprise that has developed into an entity with R&D, rapid prototyping, mold making, injection molding, sheet metal, and metal components manufacturing over years of expansion and technological innovation. The total area of our plant is 7,000 square meters, of which the Rapid Prototyping Department area is 3,000 square meters, the Mold and Injection Molding Department area is 2,000 square meters, the Sheet Metal Department area is 1,000 square meters, and the Metal Components Department area is 1,000 square meters.

JTC Industrial Group has 30 sets of CNC machines, 5 sets of 3D printing/SLS machines, several sets of vacuum casting machines, painting, and silk-screening equipment. We also have 5 sets of mold-making equipment, 10 sets of injection molding machines, and several sets of sheet metal cutting, bending, and stamping equipment.

CNC machining involves carving a solid block of material into shape based on the 3D files and specifications provided by customers. Its main advantages include high product strength (comparable to injection-molded products) and high precision.
