公司成立于2004年10月，同年通过了山东省质量技术监督局的检验检测机构资质认定，取得计量认证证书。随后，在2008年8月，公司获得了由省建管局颁发的见证取样资质及备案资质（鲁建检字第01037号）。此外，公司在2019年7月取得了由省交通厅颁发的公路工程综合丙级资质，并在2020年先后通过了铁路项目的检测资质认定和取得了省交通厅颁发的公路工程综合乙级资质（鲁GJC乙2020-004）。
