"Brilliant Minds (BM)" is a specialized intervention institution for autism, recognized for its application in behavior analysis training, operating within Shanghai's foreign-funded enterprises. The founders, distinguished by their educational backgrounds from prestigious global institutions, have offered extensive services including course development, rehabilitation training, supervision, therapist and parent training, educational research, and academic lectures to various domestic and international entities. Their collective experience spans decades, enriched by their tenure at Autism Partnership, an internationally authoritative organization founded by the pioneer of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) theory, as well as mentorship from renowned autism expert Dr. Ronald Leaf.
Historically, there has been a notable absence of ABA intervention training institutions in China that utilize modern ABA techniques. In response, Brilliant Minds is committed to introducing evidence-based ABA knowledge to the mainland, with the aim of enhancing public awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), promoting contemporary ABA technologies, reducing the cost of intervention, and aligning China's ABA standards with international benchmarks. The ultimate goal is to ensure every child with autism receives accurate, high-quality ABA intervention, enabling them to develop their potential, integrate into society, and alleviate societal burdens.
