经过多年的发展，“天地通达”已成为西南地区领先的航空货运代理人。公司承包经营多家航空公司的腹舱货运销售，包括昆明云南祥鹏航空、昆明航空、瑞丽航、海南航、奥凯航空、中国南方航空、深圳航空和东方航空等。公司在国内主要航线如厦门、福州、上海、广州、深圳、杭州、南京、济南、青岛和乌鲁木齐等设有固定的包量舱位，每日始发航班超过二十班次，稳定出港货量每日达到六十余吨。公司提供多种货物的价格服务，如茶叶、水果、蔬菜和普通货物，并与多家航空公司建立长期合作关系。
2008年，公司推出大客户服务，为手机、茶叶、电脑、服装、化妆品和通信器材等高科技产品提供个性化物流服务，指定客服专员全程跟踪服务并反馈信息。
在派送与仓储方面，公司以强大的物流资源和优势，形成以昆明为核心的多层次、多渠道派送网络，并设有独立的贵重物品仓库和分拣平台。公司利用先进的物流操作系统和信息查询系统，提供电子商务化的信息查询、24小时网上在线订舱和短信反馈等增值服务。
自2016年起，公司新增越南螃蟹、美国龙虾的购、养、运、销一条龙业务。目前，公司在昆明长水机场拥有大规模的海鲜市场（长港物流园、芒市海鲜）。2017年，公司成立国际货运部，逐步成为国际航线上的货运代理人。
“天地通达”自成立以来，与各航空公司保持良好合作关系，同时与昆明机场等地业务往来机场的相关地面保障服务单位保持紧密联系。展望未来，“天地通达”将继续拓展业务，加强人才队伍建设，不断前进。
