Molex was established in 1938 and is based in Lisle, Illinois. It is the world's second-largest manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic interconnection products and systems, producing a variety of switches and application tooling. Specializes in harsh-environment technology for factory automation, power, temporary lighting, and ergonomic products, as well as structured cabling for office buildings and universities.
**Global Sales and Marketing Division:** A collaborative team of regional sales and industry marketing professionals providing superior service to Molex customers. Many customers use products from multiple divisions and operate globally, requiring high internal coordination. The sales team is supported by a global IT infrastructure facilitating customer information exchange and tracking.
