The English name of Guosoft is Gridsum (Grid + Sum), representing distributed computing and grid (block) computing. Looking back, Mr. Guo's foresight about the development direction of computer architecture over a decade ago aligns with current trends in cloud computing, big data, and blockchain technologies. Consequently, all of Guosoft's data analysis products are built on a distributed computing framework, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
In 2016, Guosoft successfully listed on NASDAQ, becoming a model for high-tech entrepreneurship and successful IPO by college students in China, and also one of the earliest big data and AI companies to go public in the U.S. In March 2021, the company completed its privatization and delisting process.
