【Stäubli in China: Rooted in China, Flourishing Development】
In 1997, Stäubli established its first industrial manufacturing base outside Europe — Stäubli (Hangzhou) Precision Mechanical Electronics Co., Ltd., located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, dedicated to the production, sales, service, design, and R&D of industrial and electromechanical solutions.

After over 25 years of hard work and exploration, Stäubli (Hangzhou) has grown into a high-tech enterprise that provides all Stäubli products, innovative technologies, and comprehensive services for the Chinese market. It now has offices in 10 cities across the country, with approximately 800 full-time employees (more than 20% hold master's or doctoral degrees), an annual turnover of nearly 4 billion yuan, and product and service coverage nationwide. Its clients include industries such as new energy, automotive, food, plastics, railways, military, nuclear power, testing and measurement, power grids, steel, water cooling, biopharmaceuticals, industrial automation, metal machine tools, semiconductors, and textiles.

As a subsidiary that realizes local manufacturing of the four business divisions — electrical connectors, fluid connectors, robotics, and textile machinery — Stäubli is accelerating the localization of management, R&D, production, supply, and talent in the Chinese market, continuously bringing more solutions and services tailored to the needs of the Chinese market. The company currently holds over 60 local patents (including those under application) and software copyrights. Its two production parks, Xianglong Park and Yinhai Park, are both based in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, to meet the growing demand for high-end manufacturing equipment and automation solutions in the Chinese and broader Asia-Pacific markets.
