**一、薪酬**
1. 年度调薪：依据个人工作表现、潜力及公司运营情况每年调整薪资。
2. 绩效奖金：根据每月工作绩效等指标发放。
3. 保障年薪：提供12个月的保障年薪。
4. 项目奖金：按各研发项目具体情况发放。
5. 优秀员工奖：年底评选优秀员工并颁发奖金。

**二、休假**
1. 周休：实行双休制度。
2. 法定假期：遵循国家规定的法定节假日及产假、婚假、丧假等。
3. 带薪年假：入职首年享有7天带薪年假，满10年后增至10天，满20年后增至15天，此后每满一年增加一天。
4. 公假：包括出庭作证、参加家长会（每年1天）、办理人事档案转移（半天）等。
**三、园区公积金**
苏州工业园区甲类或乙类住房公积金，涵盖养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育保险及住房保障，按员工月工资总额缴纳。
**四、户口**
1. 应届毕业生本科及以上学历报到后立即落户苏州市集体户口。
2. 非应届本科及以上学历员工，在缴纳园区公积金满6个月后可落户苏州市集体户口。
**五、体检及保险**
1. 年度体检：每年为员工提供免费健康检查。
2. 职业健康体检：为特殊岗位员工提供免费职业健康检查。
3. 雇主责任险：为每位员工投保雇主责任险。
4. 意外险：为国内外出差员工投保意外险。
**六、福利**
1. 节日福利：端午、中秋、国庆、春节等传统节日发放福利金。
2. 个人事件福利：员工生日、结婚、生育、住院、吊唁等发放福利金。
3. 文体活动：不定期举办球赛、徒步、拓展训练等活动。

**七、餐贴及通讯补助**

1. 备有急救防护用品，方便员工使用。
2. 为相关人员提供劳保用品、工作服、工作鞋和眼镜等。
