Bonita Enterprise Co., Ltd. (BEC) was established in 1981 in Taipei, Taiwan. BEC's core business initially focused on the sale of Japanese transmission equipment. Over time, the company expanded its services to include engineering integration and technical support. Today, BEC is known for its expertise in bulk conveying systems, track vehicle washing systems, copper foil processing equipment, precision coating machines, energy and environmental applications such as multi-stage regenerative systems for granular activated carbon, and adsorption tower systems. The company serves various industries including food, papermaking, power generation, steel, cement, and petrochemicals.

In 2010, BEC invested in establishing Bonita Machinery Engineering & Trading Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China, to better serve the local market and customers.
