为响应发展需求，公司已与南京市雨花台区西善桥街道达成合作，计划投资16亿建设新型研发机构——米特研发中心与米特物联网生态科技园。其中，米特研发中心一期项目预计总投资6亿元，已落户西善桥并占地6300平方米，定位为物联网底层技术的研发基地。二期项目计划总投资10亿元，旨在建设南京米特物联网生态科技园，以江苏米特底层芯片技术及电力物联网应用为基础，构建全国性的物联网通用底层技术服务平台，整合资源实现产业集成，打造米特物联网产业生态圈。
