PROFILE

Established in San Polo di Piave in 1987 as Incos, the INglass-HRSFlow group focuses on designing and manufacturing molds for the plastics sector. In 1991, it concentrated on developing rotating multi-color and multi-component molds for automotive lighting applications. In 2001, the HRSFlow division was formed, specializing in planning, design, and implementation of hot runner systems for plastic injection molding. INglass division was introduced in 2004, dedicated to injection compression molding technology and producing large transparent PC surfaces as alternatives to glass products for the Automotive industry (Plastic Glazing). A Technological Automation Unit was set up in 2004 to handle research, development, and production of control units, empowering operators with full command over the molding process.

Since 2007, INglass-HRSFlow has offered services to optimize mold cooling time through cooling analysis and, when necessary, the production of bespoke inserts utilizing SLM - Selective Laser Melting technology. In 2009, a new production plant for hot runner systems was inaugurated in China (Hangzhou), serving high-demand Asian markets including Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia. The HRSmultitech line was launched in the same year, providing the ideal solution for high-performance systems catering to large-scale production requiring lightweight or thin components and advanced materials.

With the opening of a new branch in India in 2012, INglass-HRSFlow now stands not just as a supplier of molds and hot runner systems but also as a strategic business partner, assisting clients in making informed decisions throughout the production process and positioning them to tackle the evolving demands of the market.
