- Quality Assurance: Supporting vendors in adopting best practices to mitigate risks through appropriate systems and procedures, including Dunelm-approved sample reviews.
- Quality Control: Conducting inline and pre-shipment inspections (PSI) against established AQL criteria and standards.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Engaging with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) base code, fostering vendor audits and ensuring compliance with continuous improvement requirements.
- Vendor Management: Facilitating new and existing factory integration with Dunelm's procedures.
- Sourcing: Identifying and incorporating new factories and products to enrich Dunelm's product lineup.
- Merchandising: Enhancing visibility for Dunelm among our vendor network.
