United Energy Group Limited (referred to as UEG or the Group) is an independent oil and gas exploration and development company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
联合能源主要从事上游石油天然气勘探开发与生产运营等业务，并着眼于新能源领域业务布局。总部设在香港，运营管理总部设在北京，并分别在中国、阿联酋、巴基斯坦、伊拉克和埃及等地设有分子公司。本集团全职员工 2,000 多名，其中外籍员工占比高达89%，拥有一支高度国际化的专业团队。
UEG mainly engages in upstream oil and gas exploration, development, production and operations and is also growing its investments in the renewable energy sector. The headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and the operations management headquarters is located in Beijing. It also has subsidiaries in China, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Iraq, and Egypt. Our group has over 2000 full-time employees, with foreign employees accounting for 89% of the total. We have a highly internationalized professional team.

Since 2011, UEG has seized growth opportunities, accelerated its investment pace, and successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions in South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. As a responsible corporate citizen, UEG is also actively exploring clean energy projects and opportunities for carbon neutrality. Through its dual commitment to tapping potential in existing assets and acquiring new projects, the group aims to evolve into a "high-growth international medium-sized energy company" and continue to write more success stories in the future.
