国核电力规划设计研究院（简称“SNPDRI”）是国家核电技术公司在京设立的直属二级单位。作为国家核电技术公司的关键成员，负责全球首批AP1000核电站的常规岛、BOP及送出工程设计，同时承担中国首个高温气冷堆核电站示范项目的常规岛和BOP设计，并在中国率先开展核能海水淡化项目的研究与咨询服务。

自成立以来，SNPDRI共有303项科技成果荣获各级优秀工程勘察设计奖和科技进步奖。其中包括176项省部级以上奖项、4项国家级勘察设计金奖、10项银奖、5项铜奖、3项全国工程咨询优秀成果奖和5项国家科技进步奖。在全国勘察设计行业百强评选中，SNPDRI连续八年位居电力设计行业首位。2009年，SNPDRI获得全国最高级别设计资质——“工程设计综合甲级资质”，成为国内一流的电力设计咨询和工程建设服务供应商。
