（1）为位于巴基斯坦的项目制定并实施全面的融资策略。
（2）识别潜在的融资来源，包括国家开发银行（CDB）、中国进出口银行、中国主要商业银行（如工行、中行、建行等）及出口信用保险机构（如中信保）。

2.6767贷款方与投资方接洽6767：促进项目发起方与贷款方之间的引荐和谈判。
