Over the past fourteen years, Silverstream Technologies has developed and implemented a leading clean marine technology solution—the Silverstream System. Our Air Lubrication System (ALS) fundamentally alters the interaction between water and a ship's hull, generating a layer of microbubbles that cover the vessel's flat bottom. This reduces frictional resistance, substantially improving fuel consumption and reducing emissions.

Air Lubrication is a strategic efficiency technology that offers substantial savings, enhanced vessel performance, and a significant decrease in harmful emissions. It is particularly suitable for large, full-bodied ships and can be retrofitted or integrated during new builds, targeting an addressable market of 12,000 existing vessels and new tonnage.

The company has seen a marked rise in activity as more ship owners and charterers adopt the system. With both retrofit and newbuild projects on order, we are expanding our team and seeking top-tier individuals to join our dynamic group on our exciting journey of rapid growth. Our current target is to have 500 systems ordered by 2025, and as of January, 60 systems are already operational.
