On the occasion of its 170th anniversary in 2021, Genagricola (founded in 1851) successfully formed the Leone Alato, responsible for the global expansion and marketing of Genagricola Group products. SinoDrink is directly under the Leone Alato Group.
In 2010, SinoDrink was proud to be the official wine supplier for the Italian Pavilion and Intercontinental Hotel at the Shanghai Expo. Since 2009, it has been the official partner for the Italian National Day celebrations at the Italian Embassy.
In 2012, SinoDrink introduced two of Italy's most influential wine guides to China: "Vini d'Italia" and "Grandi Cru d'Italia." It was actively involved in editing, proofreading, translating, and publishing these guides.
In 2013, SinoDrink received the "Best Italian SME in China Panda Award" from the Italian Embassy and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, marking the first time an Italian wine company had received this honor.
In both 2015 and 2016, SinoDrink was awarded "The Best Italian Wine Importer in China" by the Bettane+Desseauve team.
In 2016, SinoDrink was awarded "The Most Influential Italian Wine Importer in China" by the Italian Embassy and WineITA.
In 2017 and 2018, SinoDrink was awarded "Excellent Italian Wine Importer in China" by the Italian Embassy and WineITA.
In 2018, SinoDrink received the "Excellent Importer of Wine & Spirits" award from Interwine China and was recognized as one of the 100 most meritorious figures over the past 15 years in the Chinese imported wine and spirits sector since China joined the WTO.
In 2018, SinoDrink celebrated its 10th anniversary with grand events in major Chinese cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Chongqing.
In 2019, SinoDrink was awarded "National Excellent Italian Wine Importer" by CFDF at the first BBS of the Chinese Wine Market and won the "Ambassador of China-Italy Cultural Exchange" award at the China New Media Travel Summit.
In 2020, SinoDrink received the "Excellent Italian Wine Importer 2020" award from the China International Import Expo.
In 2021, SinoDrink's chairman, Edward Liu, was awarded a knighthood by the Italian Consul and received the "Excellent Importer" and "Best Brand Operator" awards for the 2021 Chinese Wine Market by the Interwine Organizing Committee.
