Work arrangements:
- Standard working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours each day; overtime for production staff due to work requirements.
- Compensation: Production staff are paid based on piecework, with an average monthly salary around 5,000 yuan.
- Accommodation & meals: Free meals and comfortable living conditions are provided; nutritious breakfast, four dishes and a soup for lunch, with a fruit served daily, especially on Wednesdays. Dormitories house up to four people per room, with individual rooms available for managers (equipped with air conditioning). All dorms feature private bathrooms and hot water systems.
